Generally, a dental emergency involves severe pain that cannot be managed with over-the-counter painkillers, facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding after an extraction, or a tooth that has been knocked out or broken due to trauma.

We strive to see emergency cases on the same day whenever possible. We recommend calling our reception team at 8:45 am to secure one of our dedicated daily emergency slots.

Handle the tooth by the crown (the white part), not the root. If clean, try to gently place it back in the socket. If not, store it in a small container of milk and contact us immediately. Time is critical for saving a knocked-out tooth.

We provide a transparent fee for the emergency assessment and initial stabilisation. If further restorative work is needed, such as a root canal or a crown, we will provide a full, bespoke treatment plan and estimate before proceeding.
