Dr Dimitrios Mataras graduated in Dentistry at the Medical University of Plovdiv in 2005. Following general dental practice posts in Greece, including one at the General Military Hospital Thessalonika, Dr Mataras moved to the UK and next graduated from the University of Manchester with a Master of Science degree in Dental Specialties – Endodontics in 2008. Dimitrios offers Endodontics and General Dentistry.
Dr Mataras gained experience at a number of general dental practices in the UK before joining the Dental Practice in 2017. Whilst Dr Mataras is a General Dentist with a special interest in Endodontics, he is also a certified provider of the short-term orthodontic system, ‘Six Month Smiles’ and he has undertaken facial aesthetic training with the Dr Hennessy Academy.
In his spare time Dimitrios enjoys cycling, watching football and spending time with family & friends.
